Recognition and Privileges

Donors' names grace many locations on the University of Utah campus, as well as numerous university programs and projects. These names exemplify a special bond between the university and the community. University buildings, endowed chairs, professorships, scholarships, library volumes, research laboratories, and museum collections can all be named to recognize those whose philanthropy assists the university.

As additional alumni and friends continue to make possible the growth and enhancement of the University of Utah, their names will be linked permanently with the university. In addition to such recognition, several privileges are available to University Benefactors, University Patrons, University Associates, plus members of the Founder's Club, Deseret Club and President's Club.

Privileges include:

  • Invitation to the President's Dinner
  • Use of campus recreation facilities
  • A permit to park on campus
  • Use of the Marriott Library
  • Discounts at University Press
  • Free admission to the Utah Museum of Natural History
  • Recognition in IMPACT
