Required Graduate Materials:

1. Request for leave of Absence - Only if needed
2. MSSST Survey - completed at the end of each semester
3. Plan of Study - Due by the end of your first semester
4. Request for Supervisory Committee - Due by the end of your second semester
5. Admission to Candidacy - Due two months prior to the semester you wish to graduate
6. Defense Announcement - Due one month prior to your project/thesis defence date
7. Request for Final Committee Approval - Due at your project defence before the last day of the semester you intend to graduate and must be attached at the front of your written defence
8. Final Project Approval, Comprehensive Exam Forms will be completed by the program office and prepared for the day of your project/thesis defense.
